v1 · September 15, 2026. These terms are between you ("Client") and Roam Ventures, LLC, doing business as Lizzy East AI ("we", "Provider"). By buying an Audit, a Fix Sprint or Beacon Visibility Monthly, you agree to them.
Beacon asks AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude and Google's AI, through their official interfaces and licensed data vendors) the questions a customer would ask about a business like yours, records which businesses each answer named, and reports it to you with the sources the assistants read. Reports describe what third-party AI systems said on the dates shown. We do not control those systems, and their answers change over time.
Monthly renews automatically each month on the date you first subscribed, at $199 a month, charged to the card on file, until you cancel. You can cancel any time, online, from the link in any Beacon email or from your Stripe receipt, or by emailing ai@lizzyeast.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep the service until then and are not charged again. Report links stay open for 30 days after cancellation.
Audit refund promise: if the Audit does not show you at least three things about your AI visibility you did not know, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we refund it in full. One-time fees are otherwise earned on delivery. We do not refund partial months.
When you subscribe you receive an acknowledgment email stating the price, the renewal date and how to cancel. Keep it.
We do not promise that you will be named, ranked or recommended by any AI system or search engine, or any amount of traffic, leads or revenue. AI answers vary from day to day and are outside our control. What we promise is the measuring, the reading and the work described above.
You confirm that the facts, licenses and claims you give us are true and that you are allowed to make them. You keep ownership of your Google Business Profile and every other listing at all times; where the Sprint touches a listing, you give us written authorization to manage it and can withdraw it any time. You will not ask us to solicit reviews on Yelp, offer anything in exchange for a review, choose whom to ask by how happy they are, or write reviews. We will decline those requests.
If we set up review requests for you, they go to every customer on the list you provide, the same message to everyone, with your name and postal address and a working opt-out, and never with an incentive. You confirm each contact agreed to hear from you about their service. Text messages are off unless we agree in writing.
Any paid directory or editorial placement is quoted separately, disclosed to you, and labeled as sponsored to readers.
We own Beacon: its questions, rules, report formats and know-how. You own your business facts and content. Pages and text we write for your website become yours when paid for. You will not redistribute raw AI output from our reports.
Your information, including listing insights and any contact list, is used only for you and never pooled with or compared against another client. Emails and contact lists are encrypted at rest. Contact lists are deleted 30 days after the last send unless you tell us otherwise. Our privacy policy is at lizzyeast.com/privacy.
Services are provided as described and otherwise as-is. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential damages. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct or breach of confidentiality.
Either of us may end it for a material breach that is not fixed within 15 days of notice. We may end it immediately if asked to do something in sections 5 to 7 that we decline to do. Within 30 days of ending, we return or delete your data and give up any listing access you granted.
We are independent contractors. Neither of us assigns this agreement without the other's consent, except that we may assign it to an entity we control. Notices go by email. California law governs. Disputes go first to mediation, then to the courts of the State of California.
